Cancer Focus NI Schools’ Programme

Willow House Gets a Makeover

On Thursday 22nd October, Heather Mc Dermot (an expert on willow trees) visited St. Peter's to advise and help us prepare our willow house for the winter. As you can see it was so overgrown! Without doubt, we needed some extra help for this project, and asked two P7 children from our very own Eco-Committee, Jack And Eilis, to help out . Green Watch Fire Fighters Visit Nursery

Story Bag Night in the Nursery

On Wednesday 29th April, the Nursery hosted a Story Bag night. Magical Night Garden a Surestart for Nursery Children

Eirian Mc Kay (Creative Arts outreach worker) from Surestart, joined the children in the Nursery to work on an environmental arts theme over a period of three weeks. Humphrey’s Pyjama Day at the Nursery

On 10th October, children and adults at St. Peter's Nursery Unit put on their pyjamas and came to school to celebrate Humphrey's Pyjama Party.   For a voluntary donation of £2 per child, children wore their comfy PJs and participated in a number of fun and educational themed activities, whilst raising funds for The Children's Trust.   The children played games, heard »»»
