Cancer Focus NI Schools’ Programme

Keep On Running!

On Tuesday 23rd May, a talented bunch of eager athletes from St. Peter's headed off to Kilbroney to take part in Newry, Mourne and Down Council’s Cross Country event. Our Shared Language

St. Peter’s take part in John Spillane Concert for Coláiste Bhlinne

On Saturday 13th February, children from P5, P6 and P7 took part in a fundraising event , in aid of Coláiste Bhlinne Camloch, the annual Irish Language Summer School.  Acclaimed artist, John Spillane, took centre stage at the event, which was held in St. Paul's High School, Bessbrook. New MLAs take their seats in the Chamber at Stormont

After having lunch in the Long Gallery at Stormont, the children met some of our local MLAs and Mr Danny Kennedy, Minister for Regional Development chatted with them about the Relax Kids session in which they had taken part. Relax Kids Focus on Peace

Firefighting Fun with the Fives

Today, Primary Five had a visit from John, Bobby and Sean from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service. They came to enlist the help of Primary Five to make their homes as 'fire-safe' as possible.  As Primary Five are now part of the Key Stage 2, the firefighters explained that it was up to them to be responsible around the house, carrying out simple checks to reduce the risk of fires »»»
