St Peter’s Primary School and Nursery Unit was inspected in March 2010.

etiThe Inspectors’ report concluded ‘In the areas inspected, the quality of education provided by this school is outstanding; the quality of pastoral care in also outstanding.  The school has demonstrated its capacity for sustained self improvement.’

In June 2013, St Peter’s was one of five schools in the north of Ireland to undergo a sustaining improvement inspection.  Again, the school was deemed outstanding by the Inspectorate.
